Vivian Construction is proud to have been selected as the main contractor to build the stunning North Clubhouse at Te Arai Links, designed by Cheshire Architects. This project combines the pro shop, concierge , bar and dining area in a more intimate setting than the south course counterparts. 

The North Clubhouse overlooks the northern headland of Forestry Beach and boasts captivating views of the Pacific Ocean. On the northern side of the building there is a terraced area that's perfect for members and guests to soak up the views. 

The exotic and native species such as Greenheart, Iroko, Heart Matai, and Cedar to adorn the walls, ceilings, and provide structural support, eliminating the need for steel and further highlighting the natural, fresh feel of the space. 

This project has been a technically challenging one, requiring precision and attention to detail for every material connection throughout the build.
