Restaurant Brands engaged us to deliver this commercial construction project in Northcote, Auckland, with a firm completion deadline of early December 2025. Construction commenced on site in August 2025 and was completed on programme. 

The development included the construction of both a KFC and a Taco Bell restaurant, including a Taco Bell drive-through, car parking, and full landscaping works. 

Delivering a dual-brand fast food development of this scale within a tight timeframe was a strong result for our team and reflects our experience in commercial construction across Auckland.
