Vivian Construction was engaged as the main contractor to deliver 9 Exmouth Street - a premium mixed use building in the heart of Eden Terrace. The project involved a complete refurbishment of the lower warehouse and mezzanine office spaces, completed within a tight five-month timeframe. The new fit-out includes high-end finishes, private offices, and 150+ m2 of open-plan office space with meeting rooms, kitchen and bathroom facilities. 

This was our second successful project with Heywood Property, following the delivery of 7 Rose Road - a testament to our strong working relationship and ongoing commitment to exceeding client expectations.
