Sustainable living

Aroha Apartments is a build-to-rent project with sustainability at its heart. Vivian Construction delivered the vision of a community that featured shared spaces and amenities for 13 self contained homes in this central Auckland apartment complex.

The sustainable credentials were met, reusing 90% of the existing dwelling’s demolition in the build and topping the building with a solar panel array.
